Ingredients

  • 2 large Keto Tortillas
  • 5 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Basil
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • Lettuce Leaves
  • 4 slices Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 ounces Deli Sliced Salami
  • 3 ounces Deli Sliced Pepperoni
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, stir together the cream cheese, sun dried tomatoes, basil and salt and pepper to taste until well combined.
  • Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of each tortilla.
  • Towards one end of the tortillas, place two slices of mozzarella cheese on each.
  • Top the mozzarella with lettuce leaves, and then slices of pepperoni and salami.
  • Careful and tightly roll the tortillas closed around the filling.
  • Tightly wrap the tortilla in tin foil or plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Use a sharp knife to slice the tortilla into pinwheels before serving.
