Ingredients

Salad

  • 1/4 pound Deli Sliced Pepperoni chopped
  • 1/4 pound Deli Sliced Salami Chopped
  • 1/4 pound Deli Sliced Ham chopped
  • 1/2 cup Pepper Jack Cheese cubed
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 Cucumber diced
  • 1/4 Red Onion sliced
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoncini Pepper Rings
  • 2 heads Romaine Lettuce chopped

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Sugar-Free Honey

Instructions

  • Add the romaine lettuce to a large serving bowl.
  • Layer the pepperoni, salami and ham on the top of the salad.
  • Place the cucumber, red onion, tomato and cheese cubes on the salad.
  • Layer some pepperoncini peppers on the salad.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the vinaigrette until well combined.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad, and toss to coat well before serving.
