1/4pound Deli Sliced Pepperoni chopped
1/4pound Deli Sliced Salami Chopped
1/4pound Deli Sliced Ham chopped
1/2cupPepper Jack Cheese cubed
2Roma Tomatoes chopped
1/2Cucumber diced
1/4Red Onion sliced
1/4cupPepperoncini Pepper Rings
2headsRomaine Lettuce chopped
Dressing
1/4cupOlive Oil
3tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1tspItalian Seasoning

Instructions
Add the romaine lettuce to a large serving bowl.
Layer the pepperoni, salami and ham on the top of the salad.
Place the cucumber, red onion, tomato and cheese cubes on the salad.
Layer some pepperoncini peppers on the salad.
In a bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the vinaigrette until well combined.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad, and toss to coat well before serving.
