Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Make 8 even circles with the shredded cheese on a large parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are browned.
In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Place a row of the filling down the center of each cooked cheese circle and gently fold the cheese up around it. Let the rollups sit to harden and then serve.
