2tspSesame Oil
2tspMinced Garlic
3tspGinger Paste
1/3cupSoy Sauce
1/4cupBeef Broth
1/4cupSwerve Brown Sugar Substitute
1/3cupChopped Green Onions
6cupsCooked Cauliflower Rice
Instructions
Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, and saute until completely browned. Drain the excess grease.
In a bowl, whisk together the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar substitute and pepper to taste. Whisk to combine well.
Reduce the heat to medium low, and pour the sauce over the ground beef in the skillet. Simmer until most of the sauce has been absorbed.
Serve over cauliflower rice with green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.
