Ingredients

  • 6 mini Cucumbers
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions chopped
  • 1 tsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Rice Vinegar

Instructions

  • Add the red pepper flakes, Swerve, sesame oil, olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce and rice vinegar to a mixing bowl, and whisk to combine well.
  • Mix in the cucumbers and 1⁄2 of the green onions, and stir to combine well.
  • Serve garnished with the remaining green onions and additional red pepper flakes if desired.
