Keto Lemon Sauteed Napa Cabbage with Shrimp

This dinner is easy on your stomach and surprisingly filling. Keto cabbage with shrimp is sauteed in zesty combo of lemon and butter.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 pound Large Shrimp peeled and deveined with the tails removed
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 3 cups Napa Cabbage chopped
  • Juice from 1/2 a Lemon

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Season the shrimp with the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sear the shrimp in the skillet until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Reduce the heat to medium, and melt the butter in the skillet.
  • Add in the onions, and saute until softened.
  • Mix in the cabbage, and saute for a few minutes until wilted.
  • Stir in the lemon juice.
  • Return the shrimp to the skillet and serve.
