2tbspOlive Oil
1pound Large Shrimppeeled and deveined with the tails removed
1/2tspGarlic Powder
1/2tspOnion Powder
1/2tspPaprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
2tbspButter
1/2Onion chopped
3cupsNapa Cabbage chopped
Juice from 1/2 a Lemon
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Season the shrimp with the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and salt and pepper to taste.
Sear the shrimp in the skillet until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium, and melt the butter in the skillet.
Add in the onions, and saute until softened.
Mix in the cabbage, and saute for a few minutes until wilted.
Stir in the lemon juice.
Return the shrimp to the skillet and serve.
