1/4cupMayonnaise
1tspCajun Seasoning
1/3cupCelerychopped
2tbspChiveschopped, for garnish

Instructions
Combine the lobster, lemon juice, mayonnaise, cajun seasoning, celery and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl and stir to combine well.
Chill the salad for several hours to serve cold, or place directly onto lettuce wraps and top with chopped chives for garnish.
