Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 3 tbsp Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Bacon Pieces
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/3 cup Lily's Baking Chips

Instructions

  • Add the almond flour, sugar free maple syrup, bacon and vanilla to a mixing bowl, and stir to combine well.
  • Form the mixture into 10 evenly sized balls, and place onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Chill in the freezer for 4 hours.
  • Add the coconut oil and chocolate chips to a bowl that is microwave safe.
  • Heat for 30 second intervals until completely melted and smooth.
  • Holding the chilled maple bacon bites at the top, dip each bite halfway into the chocolate, and return it to the parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Chill until the chocolate has set.
