This is the fastest and easiest no-bake snack or dessert that you can make. This is the perfect last-minute appetizer or dessert recipe!
My recipe makes 10 delicious little bites. By doubling it, you’ll make 20 of them! And everyone will love them. Of course they will, what’s not to love about bacon and chocolate?
Keto Maple Bacon
Once you buy keto maple syrup, you’ll never go back! It naturally sweetens these no-bake truffles and gives them that iconic maple flavor that tastes so good with bacon.
You can also drizzle this syrup on top of cooked bacon to sweeten it a little bit at breakfast! This is a very indulgent dessert because it has all of your favorite flavors in it but each bite only has 2 grams net carbs! WOW!
Go ahead, eat a few of them. The best part is that they are high in healthy fats, so they will keep your body in fat-burning mode.
Bacon Desserts
Bacon is one of the best things to add to your desserts. They add a fantastic savory flavor to the sweets that you just can’t beat.
If a combination of sweet and salty is something you love, then you’ll love these chocolate covered desserts. How much do you love bacon? If you can’t get enough bacon, then make low-carb candied bacon twists.
They are so sweet and delicious that you’ll question whether they are really low-carb (they are!).
Keto Truffles
Do you love truffles? These little maple bacon bites remind me of truffles.
These bite-sized desserts are covered in a chocolate shell that makes that so much fun to eat. If you’re hosting or attending a party, then I have more bite-sized desserts you can make and take to the party!
Start out with keto TikTok chocolate covered blueberry bites. They taste like mini candy bars, but the blueberries are super good for you!
I also love keto hot chocolate fat bombs. They are a frozen treat, so you’ll have to serve them quickly. And for all the chocolate-lovers out there, keto chocolate Easter eggs are extremely tasty.
How To Store Truffles
As long as your kitchen doesn’t get really hot, you can store them on your countertop in an airtight container. You don’t have to refrigerate them.
These no bake treats will stay fresh at room temperature for 2-3 days. If you want them to last longer, you should freeze them.
Place them in a single layer on a baking sheet and put the baking sheet in the freezer. Once they are completely frozen, put them in a resealable freezer-safe food storage bag. They will stay fresh in the freezer for up to six months.
