Ingredients
1pintCherry Tomatoes halved
5ouncesBurrata
2tbspOlive Oil
2tbspBalsamic Vinegar
2tspSugar-Free Honey
2tspMinced Garlic
1/2tspThyme
1/2tspBasil
1/4cupFresh Chopped Basil
Instructions
Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, thyme, basil and salt and pepper to taste in a mixing bowl.
Stir in the cherry tomatoes, and toss to coat well.
Place the burrata in the center of a serving plate, and encircle with the cherry tomatoes. Pour the remaining marinade over the burrata and serve.
