Ingredients

  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 5 ounces Burrata
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sugar-Free Honey
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Basil
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Chopped Basil

Instructions

  • Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, thyme, basil and salt and pepper to taste in a mixing bowl.
  • Stir in the cherry tomatoes, and toss to coat well.
  • Place the burrata in the center of a serving plate, and encircle with the cherry tomatoes. Pour the remaining marinade over the burrata and serve.
