Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 package Palmini Noodles drained and rinsed well
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • Red Pepper Flakes to taste
  • 1/3 cup Sliced Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • Bean Sprouts
  • Green Onions chopped
  • Matchstick Carrots
  • Snow Peas
  • Sesame Seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Season the chicken with the paprika, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Sear the chicken evenly on both sides, and saute until completely cooked through. Set aside.
  • Reduce the heat to medium, and mix in the garlic, red pepper flakes and sun dried tomatoes. Saute for 30 seconds.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and heavy whipping cream.
  • Simmer until the broth begins to thicken slightly.
  • Stir in the parmesan cheese and palmini noodles. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Top the ramen broth with the chicken that has been sliced, green onions, matchstick carrots, snow peas, sesame seeds and bean sprouts before serving.
