1tbspOlive Oil
2Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1package Palmini Noodles drained and rinsed well
1tspPaprika
1tspItalian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
2tspMinced Garlic
Red Pepper Flakes to taste
1/3cupSliced Sun Dried Tomatoes
1cupChicken Broth
1/2cupHeavy Whipping Cream
1/3cupParmesan Cheese grated
Bean Sprouts
Green Onions chopped
Matchstick Carrots
Snow Peas
Sesame Seeds for garnish
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Season the chicken with the paprika, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Sear the chicken evenly on both sides, and saute until completely cooked through. Set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium, and mix in the garlic, red pepper flakes and sun dried tomatoes. Saute for 30 seconds.
Pour in the chicken broth and heavy whipping cream.
Simmer until the broth begins to thicken slightly.
Stir in the parmesan cheese and palmini noodles. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Top the ramen broth with the chicken that has been sliced, green onions, matchstick carrots, snow peas, sesame seeds and bean sprouts before serving.
