This recipe makes ramen taste better! Keto marry me chicken ramen is filled with veggies, spices, and a creamy broth.

What Is Marry Me Chicken
This keto ramen noodle recipe was inspired by my popular keto marry me chicken recipe. There isn’t a definitive origin story for this recipe.

Most people agree that marry me chicken tastes so good you’ll want to marry the chef! Classic marry me chicken is made with sun dried tomatoes in a creamy sauce.
I kept the tomatoes and creamy sauce in this low-carb ramen recipe. But I added more ingredients and thinned down the broth so it’s more of a ramen broth than a thick and creamy skillet dish.
The result is so delicious, so savory, that you’ll want to make this for dinner over and over again!
Marry Me Chicken Ramen
This recipe is full of gut-healthy vegetables, lean protein, and high-fat dairy. So it might surprise you that each serving has only 5 grams of net carbs!

The entire recipe makes four servings, so you can either save the extras for lunch or serve this for dinner for your entire family.
This tastes just like marry me chicken, not like ramen. There aren’t any umami flavors in it.
In fact, the only Asian-inspired ingredients in the ramen are the snow peas and bean sprouts. This is the perfect recipe to make when you want a bowl of soup.
Keto Chicken Ramen
Preparing the chicken ahead of time can save you a lot of time. If you don’t have time to cook it this week, grab a rotisserie chicken from the store and add the seasonings to it.

If you want to save some money, use bone-in chicken thighs and then remove the chicken from the bones before you add them to the ramen. You can usually find chicken thighs for sale cheaper than chicken breasts.
Best Keto Noodles
I used Palmini linguini noodles in this ramen dish. I love how easy they are to cook (just warm them up) and they are really high in fiber, too!

You could also use Miracle Noodles. Once you find a keto-friendly ramen that you like, you can make a bunch of different low-carb ramen recipes with them.

There’s a reason it went viral or make some keto ramen stir fry or keto miso ramen. The options are pretty endless.
What To Eat With Ramen
Since this tastes more like an Italian recipe than an Asian one, serve it with your favorite Italian-inspired side dishes. Start out with an Olive Garden salad.

Then add some keto-friendly breadsticks to the table with it. If you want to add more protein to your meal, some antipasto skewers are a fantastic (and easy) choice.
