Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Lean Ground Beef
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Low-Carb Pizza Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Ricotta Cheese `
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 2 ounces Sliced Mushrooms
  • Pepperoni Slices
  • 1/3 cup Fresh Spinach

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, eggs, onion and salt and pepper to taste. Knead until well combined.
  • Press the meat mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet. You can form it into either a circle or a rectangular shaped crust.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until cooked through. You can pour off any excess grease at this point.
  • Turn the oven to broil.
  • Top the meat crust with the pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and ricotta.
  • Add the mushrooms, pepperoni and spinach to the pizza.
  • Broil until the cheese has melted.
