Ingredients

  • 10 ounce Coleslaw Mix Bag
  • 1/4 cup Matchstick Carrots
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro optional
  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped Red Onion
  • 1 Jalapeno deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • Juice from 1 lime

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the coleslaw mix, matchstick carrots, cilantro, red onion and jalapeno to the mixing bowl, and stir to combine well.
  • Serve immediately, or chill before serving if desired.
