Ingredients
4largeKeto Tortillas
8ounces Cream Cheesesoftened
1/4cupSour Cream
1ouncePacket Taco Seasoning
1tspHot Sauce
1 1/4cupCooked Chicken shredded
1Roma Tomato diced tomato
Instructions
Add the cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, and hot sauce to a bowl, and stir until well combined.
Lay out the tortillas, and divide the mixture evenly between them, and spread across the entire surface.
Sprinkle chicken across the tortillas, then cheese, then tomatoes.
Start from one end, and tightly roll the tortillas into themselves, until it meets the other end.
Wrap in plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
Once ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap, then use a bread knife to cut the tortillas into 1 inch pieces, discaring (or snacking on) the ends.
Arrange flat on a platter to serve.
