1packetRanch Seasoning Mix Zero-Carb Version
3tspBeef Bouillon Base
6Pepperoncini Peppers
1cupBeef Broth
1/2Medium Onion Cut into slices

Instructions
Season the roast with salt and pepper, and place it into the bottom of the Crockpot along with the onions and pepperoncini peppers.
In a bowl, whisk together the beef broth, bouillon base, ranch seasoning mix and minced garlic.
Pour the mixture over the roast and onions.
Place the lid on the Crockpot, and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
Shred the beef and serve.
