Ingredients

  • 3 pound Beef Roast
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix Zero-Carb Version
  • 3 tsp Beef Bouillon Base
  • 6 Pepperoncini Peppers
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1/2 Medium Onion Cut into slices
  • 3 tsp Garlic minced

Instructions

  • Season the roast with salt and pepper, and place it into the bottom of the Crockpot along with the onions and pepperoncini peppers.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the beef broth, bouillon base, ranch seasoning mix and minced garlic.
  • Pour the mixture over the roast and onions.
  • Place the lid on the Crockpot, and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
  • Shred the beef and serve.
