Ingredients
3-4mint leaves
3tbspwater
1tbspswerve
1lime
1tbspunsweetened coconut flakes
1ozvodka
4ozcoconut sparkling water
Instructions
Add water. swerve. and coconut flakes to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
Cut lime in half. Juice 1/2 lime into glass. Save the remaining half for garnish
Add 3-4 mint leaves
Pour homemade simple syrup into glass
Muddle
Add ice, vodka, and sparkling water and stir
Garnish with a fresh lime slice
