2tbspOlive Oil
1 1/2pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2pound Green Beans trimmed
3tspMinced Garlic
1/2cupSoy Sauce
1/2cupSwerve Brown Sugar Substitute
2tspGinger Paste
1/2tspSesame Oil
Red Pepper Flakes to taste
Xanthan Gum as needed
1/4cupChopped Green Onions
Red Dried Chiles optional
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Add in the chicken, and sear until cooked through completely.
Stir in the green beans, and saute for 2 minutes over medium heat covered.
Whisk together the minced garlic, soy sauce, ginger paste, sesame oil, red pepper flakes and enough xanthan gum to thicken the sauce.
Pour the sauce into the skillet, and simmer uncovered until the mixture thickens.
Add in the dried chiles if using them, and garnish with green onions before serving.
