Ingredients

  • 2 large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts cut in half lengthwise
  • 1/3 cup Olive Garden Italian Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  • Add the chicken breasts to a bowl, and cover in the Olive Garden dressing. Marinate for 4 hours.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat, and sear the chicken evenly on both sides until cooked through.
  • Sprinkle with ½ of the parmesan cheese.
  • Add tomato slices and them mozzarella cheese to the top of the chicken breasts. Place a lid on the skillet off of the heat until the cheese had melted.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese and serve.
