Relish the flavors of Olive Garden at home! This keto Olive Garden chicken is cooked in the zesty Olive Garden dressing. It’s unforgettable.

You know that dressing that they add to the salad at Olive Garden? It’s the one that is so tasty, you lick your fork after each bite.

Well, did you know you can buy it by the bottle? And not only that, but it is low-carb and keto-friendly!

You have to be careful with how much of it you eat because it contains some high fructose corn syrup. But, there are 2 grams net carbs in 2 tablespoons of dressing. 

Even though I used 1/3 a cup of the dressing, I used it as a marinade. After the chicken soaks in the marinade, you’ll throw out the rest of the dressing.

So, the amount of dressing and sugar that will stay in the chicken is pretty minimal. Which means, you’ll get all the flavor without the carbs!

It’s really easy to recreate your favorite Olive Garden recipes at home. Start out with a copycat Olive Garden salad and don’t forget to add plenty of freshly shredded parmesan cheese!

Then, add some keto garlic knots to the table instead of breadsticks. They are just as tasty! Both of those will be perfect with the juicy Olive Garden dressing chicken.

This makes dinner super tasty and easy, and you can use the chicken over again in different meals throughout the week. Shred the chicken and use it in chicken salad.

Or, use it in your favorite keto pasta skillet meal. Since it is cooked with Italian flavors, I suggest using it in a keto chicken Caesar pasta dish. It also tastes amazing just warmed up in the microwave. 

How To Store Cooked Chicken 

This is the perfect meal to add to your weekly meal prep! Store your cooked Olive Garden chicken in an airtight food storage container and keep it in the refrigerator for up to three days.

You can also freeze it! Store the cooked chicken in a freezer-safe bag and keep it in the freezer for up to six months.

For a really colorful (and filling) meal, start out with some keto TikTok mini peppers and cucumber salad. It’s refreshing and zesty. 

For something cold, add some easy keto broccoli salad to the table. Some keto dinner rolls and fluffy cauliflower mash will also taste perfect with the cheesy skillet dinner.

Net Carbs: 2 net carbs per serving

Ingredients:

Large boneless skinless chicken breasts cut in half lengthwise
Olive Garden Italian dressing
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese grated
Roma tomatoes sliced
Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

Add the chicken breasts to a bowl, and cover in the Olive Garden dressing. Marinate for 4 hours.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat, and sear the chicken evenly on both sides until cooked through.

Sprinkle with ½ of the parmesan cheese.

Add tomato slices and them mozzarella cheese to the top of the chicken breasts. Place a lid on the skillet off of the heat until the cheese had melted.
