Instructions
Season the chicken with the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Sear the chicken skin side down for 1-2 minutes in the heated skillet, and then flip to the other side. Sear for another 1-2 minutes.
Once the skin is crispy and has a good sear, reduce the heat to medium, and cover. Saute until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove the cover, and add the butter to the skillet.
Once melted, spoon the butter over the chicken for a minute or two.
