- 1 tbsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Butter melted
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- pinch Cinnamon
- pinch Nutmeg
In a bowl, whisk together the ingredients well.
Pour the batter into a well greased mug or ramekin that is microwave safe.
