Ingredients

Keto Pancake Mix

  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute

Keto Cinnamon Topping

  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend together all of the ingredients for the donuts.
  • Add the batter to the sections of a well greased donut pan, filling each section almost to the top.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • In a bowl, combine the granulated sugar substitute and 1 tsp of cinnamon.
  • Allow the donuts to cool, and then remove them from the pan.
  • Brush the donuts with the melted butter, and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture before serving.
