These keto cinnamon donuts are the easiest things in the world to make! Use low-carb pancake mix for donuts with 3 grams net carbs each.
Keto Pancake Mix
To make these delicious cinnamon donuts, I created my own keto pancake mix. If you want to save yourself time, you can also just use your favorite boxed keto pancake mix. Just add some cinnamon to it (in addition to the other ingredients listed on the box).
Save this recipe because you can use this recipe to make pancakes too! If you use this recipe to make pancakes, they will be so sweet and delicious that you won’t even need to top them with sugar-free syrup.
Keto Donuts
If you have a sweet tooth and enjoy sweet foods in the morning with your Dalgona coffee, then these keto donuts are the perfect thing to make. If you are setting up or hosting a brunch, serve these donuts on a platter with some keto coffee cake.
They both have similar cinnamon flavors and taste incredible together.
These donuts are also topped with a delicious cinnamon sugar topping. When you make the topping, use Swerve granulated sugar. It will create the perfect crumb topping.
Gluten-Free Cinnamon Donuts
These donuts are also the perfect things to make if you will be serving them to anyone who is celiac or gluten sensitive. I used almond flour instead of wheat flour, resulting in a moist donut that melts in your mouth.
Remember to use almond flour, not almond meal. If you use almond meal, the donuts will come out slightly grainy.
Keto Cinnamon Donuts
These keto cinnamon donuts are also really easy to customize and change to make seasonal donuts. For example, if you want to make apple cider donuts, replace the almond milk with apple cider.
To make pumpkin spice donuts, replace the butter and almond milk with pumpkin puree and use pumpkin pie spice instead of cinnamon. There are tons of different ways to change this basic recipe.
Please let me know if you make any changes; I’d love to hear!
Almond Flour Donuts
Make some almond flour donuts ahead of time. Store them in an airtight food storage container at room temperature for up to three days. You can also freeze them to make them last even longer!
To freeze the donuts, place them in a single layer on a baking sheet and put the baking sheet in the freezer. Once the donuts are completely frozen solid, place them together in a resealable freezer-friendly food storage bag.
Keep the almond flour donuts in the freezer for up to six months.
