1/2cupNatural Peanut ButterNo Sugar-Added
1cupPecans Chopped
1/2cupUnsweetened Coconut Flakes
1tspVanilla Extract
2tbspSugar-free Caramel Sauce
Instructions
Mix together all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
Form the mixture into 12 evenly sized balls and flatten with the palm of your hands into cookie shapes.
Place the cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
Drizzle with additional sugar free caramel sauce for garnish if desired.
