Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter No Sugar-Added
  • 1 cup Pecans Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-free Caramel Sauce

Instructions

  • Mix together all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into 12 evenly sized balls and flatten with the palm of your hands into cookie shapes.
  • Place the cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
  • Drizzle with additional sugar free caramel sauce for garnish if desired.
