Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/3 cup Keto Chocolate Chips
  • 12 Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Cups
  • Candy Eyes for decoration

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Blend together the almond flour, egg, peanut butter, Swerve, baking powder and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
  • Form the dough into 12 evenly sized balls, and flatten each one slightly with the palms of your hands.
  • Place the cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and browned on the bottom.
  • Let the cookies mostly cool.
  • Press a Reese’s cup upside down onto the top of each cookie,
  • Place the chocolate chips in a bowl that is microwave safe. Heat for 30 second intervals until completely melted.
  • Pipe the chocolate onto the top of the cookies to form 4 legs on each side of the peanut butter cups.
  • Stick two candy eyes on the top of each spider if desired for decoration purposes only. You can dip the backs of them into the melted chocolate to help them stick to the top of the Reese’s candy.
