Perfect for lunchboxes, Halloween parties, or scary movie snacks, keto peanut butter spider cookies are fun to make, too!
Peanut Butter Spider Cookies
Aren’t these cookies the cutest ones you’ve ever seen? They fit in perfectly with all the not-very-spooky themes of the Halloween season, along with cute bats and silly sheet ghosts.
Kids will love to gobble them up. And you won’t mind if they do – they’re easy on the glycemic index and full of protein and healthy fats.
These cookies are the perfect things to make if you’re drooling over the bags of Halloween candy that are all over the store shelves. The peanut butter cups are keto-friendly and the cookies will actually help cut your hunger pains.
Keto Peanut Butter Cookies
Peanut butter is a fantastic ingredient to use in low-carb desserts and treats. I loved it in my keto chocolate peanut butter bites and it’s the perfect thing in my keto peanut butter caramel cookies.
These keto peanut butter cookies are made with almond flour. If you want, you can make them with coconut flour.
Don’t just swap the flour out. Instead follow my keto coconut flour peanut butter cookies recipe.
It’s a no-bake recipe and the cookies always come out super soft and perfectly sweet.
Keto Peanut Butter Cups
These keto peanut butter cups are the perfect things to use when you bake low-carb desserts. I’ve used them as a topper on my keto peanut butter cup bites.
I like to keep some extras on-hand to snack on when my sweet tooth starts screaming. My favorite brand of keto peanut butter cup candies is ChocZero.
They have a fantastic taste, they are the perfect size, and they don’t have any funky aftertaste. Plus, you can get them in white chocolate, too.
What To Eat With Cookies
These are the perfect cookies to serve at a Halloween or fall harvest themed party. I have a bunch of other low-carb desserts that will taste delicious with them.
Start out with some keto chocolate dipped peanut butter cookies. Then serve some no-bake keto chocolate peanut butter bars with them.
Speaking of dessert bars, serve the cookies with some No Bake Keto Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars or some No Bake Keto Pecan Pie Bars. Both recipes are perfectly fall-themed.
How To Keep Peanut Butter Cookies Soft
Store the keto peanut butter cookies in an airtight container and keep them at room temperature for up to a week. If you need to stack them on top of each other, place a piece of wax or parchment paper in between the layers so they don’t stick together.
To keep peanut butter cookies soft, put a piece of bread on top of the cookies. I don’t know how it works, but it really does!
