Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 8 ounces Mushrooms slicd
  • 1/3 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 6 slices Provolone Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and grease a 9x9 baking dish well.
  • Add the ground beef, onions and peppers to a skillet over medium high heat, and saute until the meat is nearly browned and the vegetables have softened.
  • Stir in the garlic and mushrooms, and saute another few minutes until the mushrooms have softened. Drain the excess grease.
  • Mix in the worcestershire sauce, beef broth and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
  • Top with the provolone slices, and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
