Equipment

  • Rectangular-shaped microwaveable safe Tupperware containers
  • Skillet

Ingredients

Keto Bread

  • 2 Eggs large
  • 6 tbsp Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Filling

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 15 slices Pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients for the bread into a mixing bowl, and whisk to combine well.
  • Divide the batter evenly between two rectangular-shaped microwaveable safe Tupperware containers that have been well greased.
  • Heat for 90 seconds each, and allow to cool a bit before removing from the containers.
  • Coat one side of one slice of bread with a tablespoon of butter, and place it face down in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ½ of the shredded cheese on top of the slice of bread, and then layer the pepperoni on top.
  • Top the pepperoni slices with the remaining shredded cheese.
  • Butter one side of the second piece of bread, and place it buttered side up on top of the other one in the skillet.
  • Let the bread toast on one side, flip and toast evenly on the other. The cheese should be melted by this time.
  • Remove the grilled cheese from the skillet, let sit for a minute or two, and then slice into 4 sticks.
  • Serve with low carb marinara for dipping if desired.
