Ingredients

  • 2 Bell Peppers 1 Red and 1 Green
  • 1 pound Small Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/3 cup Bacon Pieces
  • 2 Jalapenos finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add the shrimp and jalapeno into the skillet, and saute until the shrimp is cooked through.
  • Place the cream cheese, ½ of the cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, shrimp mixture and salt and pepper to taste into a mixing bowl, and stir to combine.
  • Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds.
  • Fill the peppers with the shrimp mixture, and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
