1poundShredded Chicken
8ouncesCream Cheese
1cupHeavy Whipping Cream
1/4cupChicken Broth
1/2cupParmesan Cheesegrated
2tspPoppy Seeds
3cupsBroccoli Florets
1cupCrushed Keto Crackers Fat Snax original salt crackers
2tbspButter melted
Instructions
Steam the broccoli until just becoming tender.
Place the cream cheese, chicken broth and heavy whipping cream into a food processor, and blend well.
Add the cream cheese mixture to a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer until smooth and well combined.
Mix in the parmesan cheese, poppy seeds and salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in the broccoli and chicken until well combined.
Add the mixture to a well greased 9x9 baking dish.
Pour the butter over the cracker crumbs in a bowl, and mix well.
Sprinkle the crackers over the casserole, and bake for 25 minutes.
