Ingredients

Keto Biscuits

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 cup Colby Jack Cheese shredded

Topping

  • 8 ounces Pulled Pork Meat
  • 1/3 cup Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup Coleslaw Mix

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Blend together the ingredients for the biscuit base until well combined.
  • Spoon the mixture into 8 even piles on a parchment lined baking sheet, and use the back of a spoon to smooth them out into flattened circles.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned on the bottom and cooked through.
  • Stir together the pulled pork and BBQ sauce in a mixing bowl.
  • Top the biscuit circles with a portion of the pulled pork, and top with some coleslaw mix before serving.
