Pork Bites Recipe
The bright purple cabbage, orange carrots, and saucy pulled pork tastes as good as it looks. These crispy little bites look fancy enough to share at a big celebration, like a bridal shower.

But they’re also just as at home at a casual football game party or getting together for the holidays. Yes, these pork bites really are an all-purpose appetizer!
And even better is the fact that you could skip the crispy biscuits and serve the pulled pork on some keto-friendly hamburger buns.
This low-carb pulled pork comes out tangy, savory, and slightly-sweet. Keep reading and I’ll share some of my favorite ingredient swaps and how to make it taste just how you want it.
Pulled Pork Appetizer
I love serving finger foods at parties. I don’t have to serve anyone and everyone can just grab a few and munch on them.

And these little pulled pork appetizers are so easy to make that you could prepare the pulled pork ahead of time and then arrange them right before the party.
In fact, I have a bunch of finger food recipes that you can serve with these little pulled pork bruschetta bites. During the holidays, make some Crispy Low Carb Cranberry Pecan Chicken Roll Ups.
Or for casual parties, make my Keto Viral Onion Ring Pizza and cut it into smaller slices. And anytime is the perfect time for some Keto Cream Cheese Bagel Bites.
Pulled Pork Biscuit Bites
These pulled pork biscuit bites are party ready! Serve them as an appetizer, a snack or even a light lunch.

I made these bites with homemade low-carb biscuit. They’re really easy to make.
If you replace my crispy biscuits with grilled or toasted keto bread, you could definitely call it a bruschetta.
Keto Loaded BBQ Pulled Pork
One of the best things about this recipe is that you can customize it. I kept the toppings really simple – just cabbage and carrots (or slaw).

But you can really go as fancy as you like. Just remember that if you add things to the pulled pork bites, you’ll have to recalculate how many carbs each one has.
Some of my favorite pulled pork toppings are spicy pickled onions, jalapeno peppers, dill pickle relish, or some of my favorite hot sauce.
Yup, you might need to add some hot sauce if you like spicy foods. This pulled pork is a touch mild because my kids don’t like a lot of heat.
Try this with some Texas Pete or Tabasco!
Keto Shredded Pork
This is a really easy recipe to make ahead or add to your weekly meal prep. The first step is to make pulled pork.

I didn’t include that recipe because I already have a go-to keto pulled pork recipe.
But if you don’t have an Instant Pot, you can make slow cooker pulled pork. Just cook a pork shoulder with keto BBQ sauce for 6-8 hours on low.
Then, store the ingredients until you’re ready to use them. Keep the biscuits in an airtight container at room temperature.
They will stay fresh for about five days. And keep the pulled pork in the refrigerator for up to three days.
Reheat the pulled pork in the oven or on the stove.
