Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 Vanilla Chai Tea Bag
  • 3 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tbsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute

Instructions

  • Place the almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and the chai tea bag into a pot over medium heat.
  • Bring the mixture to a low boil, and then reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool.
  • Whisk together the heavy whipping cream and Swerve until well combined and thickened.
  • Pour the chai tea mixture into two serving glasses.
  • Top the glasses with the heavy whipping cream mixture.
  • Garnish with some additional pumpkin pie spice if desired before serving.
