Keto Pumpkin Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds Ground Turkey
  • 1/2 Onion diced
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 3 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 3 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon and Nutmeg

Instructions

  • Add the ground turkey, onion and green bell pepper to a pot over medium high heat. Saute until the vegetables are softened and the meat is completely cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
  • Reduce the heat to medium, and stir in the garlic, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix in the pumpkin puree and diced tomatoes.
  • Pour in the broth, and simmer for 15-20 minutes before serving.
