  • Parchment Paper
  • 9x9 Dish

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Keto White Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Keto Milk Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Add the white chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl, and heat at 30 second intervals until completely melted.
  • Place the melted mixture into a bowl, and whisk in the pumpkin puree, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture into a parchment lined 9x9 baking dish.
  • Top with the walnuts and milk chocolate chips.
  • Chill for several hours until the fudge is set before slicing to serve.
