Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Instructions

  • Beat together the heavy whipping cream, Swerve and almond milk in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
  • Mix in the pumpkin puree, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture into a loaf pan, and freeze until your desired consistency has been reached.
