Ingredients

  • 8 Zero Carb Street Taco Sized Tortillas
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Pecans

Instructions

  • Blend together the cream cheese, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, Swerve and pecans in a bowl until well combined.
  • Place a line of the filling down the center of each tortilla, and roll closed.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and place the tortillas seam side down into the heated oil.
  • Saute the tortillas on each side until browned and crispy.
  • Brush the butter on the outside of the tortillas.
  • Blend together the Swerve granulated sugar substitute and cinnamon on a plate,
  • Roll the tortillas in the cinnamon sugar mixture before serving.
