4Sugar free Jello Churro Delicioso pudding cups(You can use sugar free vanilla and add a
tsp of ground cinnamon if you cannot find the churro flavor)
1cupHeavy Whipping Cream
1/2cupSwerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
1cupPumpkin Puree
Keto Rumchata
1/2cupAlmond Milk
2tbspHeavy Whipping Cream
1tbspSwerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
2tbspRum
1/2tspGround Cinnamon
1/2tspVanilla
Sugar-Free Whipped Cream for topping
Instructions
Add the heavy whipping cream and Swerve to a mixing bowl, and blend until stiff peaks form.
Stir in the pudding and pumpkin puree.
In a bowl, whisk together the almond milk, 2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream, rum, ground cinnamon, vanilla and 1 Tbsp. Swerve until well combined.
Pour the rumchata mixture into the mixing bowl with the pudding, and blend to combine well.
Spoon the mixture into serving glasses and top with sugar free whipped cream before serving.
