1cupPumpkin Puree
1cupBlack Soy Beans rinsed and drained well
3tbspOlive Oil
2tspMinced Garlic
1tspCumin
1/2tspPaprika
Juice from 1 Lemon
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor, and pulse until smooth and creamy.
More olive oil can be added if you would like the dip to be thinner.
Spread the mixture into a serving bowl, and garnish with a small piece of celery to serve as the pumpkinās stem if desired.
Serve with your choice of items for dipping.
