Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 cup Black Soy Beans rinsed and drained well
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • Juice from 1 Lemon

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor, and pulse until smooth and creamy.
  • More olive oil can be added if you would like the dip to be thinner.
  • Spread the mixture into a serving bowl, and garnish with a small piece of celery to serve as the pumpkin’s stem if desired.
  • Serve with your choice of items for dipping.
