Ingredients

  • 2 large Chicken Breasts cut into cubes
  • 4 ounces Mushrooms sliced
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 4 slices Bacon Cooked ande Crumbled
  • 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Dry Ranch Seasoning
  • Cornstarch Slurry optional. 1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, begin to heat olive oil. Season your chicken with salt & pepper.
  • Add chicken to the skillet. Cook until all sides are slightly brown and chicken is mostly cooked through. Remove from the skillet.
  • In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. Saute for 1-2 minutes, or until garlic becomes fragrant and mushrooms are tender.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and ranch seasoning. Bring to a low boil.
  • Add the chicken back to the skillet and reduce the heat to medium-low. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes, or until the sauce has slightly reduced. **If you would like a thicker sauce, add a cornstarch slurry now.
  • Remove skillet from heat, top with fresh parsley and crumbled bacon.
