2large Chicken Breasts cut into cubes
4ouncesMushrooms sliced
3tbspOlive Oil
1tspMinced Garlic
4slicesBacon Cooked ande Crumbled
3/4cupHeavy Cream
Salt and Pepper to taste
2tbspDry Ranch Seasoning
Cornstarch Slurryoptional. 1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water
Instructions
In a large skillet, begin to heat olive oil. Season your chicken with salt & pepper.
Add chicken to the skillet. Cook until all sides are slightly brown and chicken is mostly cooked through. Remove from the skillet.
In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. Saute for 1-2 minutes, or until garlic becomes fragrant and mushrooms are tender.
Stir in the heavy cream and ranch seasoning. Bring to a low boil.
Add the chicken back to the skillet and reduce the heat to medium-low. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes, or until the sauce has slightly reduced. **If you would like a thicker sauce, add a cornstarch slurry now.
Remove skillet from heat, top with fresh parsley and crumbled bacon.
