Ingredients

  • 1 Batch 90-Second Bread
  • 1/3 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 squeeze Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Place the oven on broil.
  • Make a batch of 90 second bread in a square container in the microwave and let cool.
  • Slice the bread in half so that there are now two slices of bread instead of just one.
  • Toast the bread on both sides under the broiler.
  • In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cut each slice of bread in half.
  • Spread the ricotta mixture on the bread and place on a plate.
  • Grate some lemon zest over the top of each piece of bread before serving.
