Ingredients

  • 12 Deli Salami Slices
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Dried Chives
  • 2 tsp Fresh chopped Dill
  • 1/2 Orange Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Green Onions

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Add the cream cheese, sour cream, chives, dill, bell peppers, green onions and salt and pepper to taste in a mixing bowl, and stir to combine well.
  • Place a line of filling down the center of each piece of salami, and fold it closed like a taco.
  • Place the salami tacos onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the salami tacos, and flip them over.
  • Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
