Ingredients

  • 1 pound Natural Italian Sausage
  • 8 ounces Chorizo
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 cup Canned Green Chiles drained
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Instructions

  • Add the Italian sausage and chorizo to a skillet over medium high heat. Saute until the meat is completely browned and cooked through., Drain the excess grease.
  • Reduce the heat to medium, and stir in the cream cheese until completely melted and combined.
  • Mix in the garlic, onion powder and green chiles.
  • Pour in the almond milk, and stir to combine well.
  • Sprinkle in the cheese, and stir until completely melted.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with your choice of items for dipping.
