8slicesKeto Bread cut into cubes
1/2pound Corned Beef chopped
1cupSauerkraut
2tbspButter
1 1/2cups Swiss Cheese shredded
1cupHeavy Whipping Cream
3large Eggs
1/3cupThousand Island Dressing
1tspDijon Mustard
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Pour the melted butter over the bread cubes in a mixing bowl, and toss to combine.
Add the cheese, sauerkraut and corned beef to the mixing bowl with the bread, and stir to combine.
Layer the bread mixture into a well greased 9x13 baking dish.
In another mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy whipping cream, dijon, thousand island dressing and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the mixture over the ingredients in the baking dish, and toss lightly to combine.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the bread is browned.
