Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound Salad shrimp Small, fully-cooked, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 pound Crab Meat
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Celery chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion chopped finely
  • 1 squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Old Bay
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions chopped

Instructions

  • Add the shrimp, celery, red onion, mayonnaise, crab meat, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning and salt and pepper to taste in a mixing bowl, and stir to combine.
  • Place the seafood salad in a serving bowl, and garnish with green onions before serving.
