Ingredients

Keto Cheeseburgers

  • 1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Onion sliced into rings
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 4 slices Bacon cut in half
  • 4 slices Cheese
  • Butter Lettuce
  • Pickle Slices

Keto Big Mac Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 2 tsp Dill Relish
  • 1/2 tsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1/2 tsp White Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Add the ground beef to a mixing bowl with the worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Knead to combine well.
  • Form the meat into four evenly sized patties.
  • Place the burgers onto a sheet pan.
  • Surround with the slices of bacon and onions.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  • Top with the cheese slices, and return to the oven until melted well.
  • In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce.
  • Serve the burgers on butter lettuce, and top with the bacon, onions, some of the sauce and pickle slices.
