Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium high heat.
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in the shrimp, and sear until cooked through.
Mix in the garlic and lemon juice, and simmer for 1 minute.
Add in the parmesan cheese and remove from the heat.
Blend together the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until well combined.
Pour the shrimp mixture into the cheese mixture, and stir to combine well.
Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
Stir together the pork rind crumbs and parmesan cheese, and sprinkle over the dip.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Serve with keto toast points or your choice of veggies for dipping.
