Turn your favorite seafood dish into an amazing dip! Keto shrimp scampi dip only has 4 grams net carbs per serving and tons of cheese!

Shrimp Scampi Dip
Made with lots of lemon and garlic, shrimp scampi has to be one of my favorite shrimp recipes of all time. It has the perfect balance of zest while still allowing the briny shrimp flavor to stand out.

I enjoy making shrimp scamp regularly and turned my favorite entree into my favorite seafood dip.
I stuck with a familiar and easy lemon garlic shrimp recipe. It’s already naturally low in carbs because it’s not sweetened and doesn’t have any breading.
In fact, you can use the first half of this dip as a shrimp entree. But then I paired the shrimp with a really cheesy dip, and the results are incredible!
Keto Shrimp Dip
The shrimp dip is made with six easy ingredients. It’s a thick and creamy dip and you probably already have all of the ingredients in your refrigerator!

I used cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, parmesan cheese, and pork rind crumbs.
Make sure you soften the cream cheese first. It’s easier to mix when you let it sit out for a bit before making the dip.
I suggest using an electric or stand mixer. It whips everything up easier.
You can use a wooden spoon or wire whisk, but it will take a lot more work and time that way.
Lemon Garlic Shrimp
For the shrimp, you can use any size of shrimp that you want. Since you’ll be adding the shrimp to the dip, they can be any size but if they’re too big, I suggest chopping them up first.

Use all of the freshest ingredients that you can. Salted butter, fresh garlic, and juice from a whole lemon will add aroma and flavor to every bite.
This is the perfect dip for anyone who loves a variety of different textures in their food. It has crunchy pork rind crumbs, creamy cheese dip, and lots of juicy shrimp all in the same dip.
Every bite is fun to eat!
Keto Cream Cheese Dip
Can you make this easy keto shrimp scampi dip ahead of time? Yes, you sure can!

Store it in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for up to three days.
The dip might thicken quite a bit. Just reheat it in the oven in a skillet and it will melt into a delicious dip again.
I don’t recommend freezing the dip. It will change the consistency after you thaw it and it won’t have the same thick and cheesy texture.
Keto Dippers
The best way to eat shrimp scampi dip is to eat it with your favorite type of keto-friendly dippers. Make homemade keto chili lime tortilla chips or for some tangy flavors, make air fryer pickle chips.

If you like really crispy chips, then you’ll love keto everything bagel cheese chips. Or for a larger chip, make keto avocado chips.
You can also serve the pizza dip with sliced cucumbers or large pieces of raw bell peppers. Both options are low-carb and really tasty with the easy shrimp dip.
