3poundsPork Shoulder Roast
4cupsChopped Cabbage
Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
3tbspSoy Sauce
1/2tspGround Ginger
1tspLiquid Smoke
1cupWater
Instructions
Place the pork into the bottom of the slow cooker.
Whisk together the soy sauce, salt, pepper, ground ginger, liquid smoke and water in a mixing bowl.
Pour the mixture over the pork, cover and cook on high for 6 hours.
When the pork is close to being done, add some of the liquid from the slow cooker to a skillet over medium heat.
Place the cabbage into the skillet, cover and saute until softened.
Remove the pork from the slow cooker, and shred it with two forks.
Return the pork to the slow cooker along with the cabbage, and stir to combine well before serving.
